Kinda like Obama is a Marxist Muslim playing an American?

nope.....but nice try. We have proof the Reagan was an actor......we only have your word that Obama is a marxist muslim and not American.....and if you want your word to be worth anything in the future you might want to retract that comment. It's an outright lie. Maybe being known as a man who will lie to make his point doesn't bother you.

Even you know it's true. He has admitted over and over his socialist views and quoted Marx many times and in a speech in 2001 said those beliefs do not go against the constitution. And he admitted he was a Muslim. Why do you fight it so? Just accept the Marxist Muslim leader that you elected!

No....I know it's a lie, and so does any intelligent American who has been paying attention. The very fact that you would bring up obvious lies and call them truth does make me wonder about your ability to understand things on your own instead of believing every right wing nut fringe idea that comes along....even when they have been proven false over, and over, and over again.

If what is being posted here by our resident conservatives is any indication of what conservatives across the nation are thinking and talking about.....they must be really scared they are not going to win the presidency in 2012 and may even lose the House. The only way they think they can turn the tide is to lie about the president and any person or entity that tells the truth to the American people. Look for further unwarranted attacks on Democrats, the President, any organization that supports common sense over fanaticism, and any news organization that won't lie for them. I smell a lot of desperation.

I did hold my nose and vote for him...the first time... By the second time, I had wised up and switched parties... Why is that such a big deal to some on here?

When I saw the money he was spending like a drunken sailor on defense without funding it, and rocket-toys that didn't work without funding it, and tax increases, and amnesty, and cozying up to Falwell and Religious wingnuts, ad nausuem, I said ENOUGH! Why is that such a big deal. Reagan lied... Iran/Contra; arms for hostages... I said ENOUGH...Why is that so hard to understand?

Something the Dog Said wrote: Sure he was, raising taxes at record levels, granting amnesty to illegal aliens, selling arms to terrorist organizations, creating record deficits, and on and on. The "greatest" president ever!

Thanks for providing all of the reasons that compromises should not be struck with Democrats Dog.

Reagan signed the amnesty because the Democrats said they would address the problem that led to so many illegals entering the country. We see how well they kept their word on their end of the deal, haven't we.

GHW Bush was willing to go against his campaign promises based upon the Democrats promise that they would reduce spending $3 for every $1 in new taxes. Seems I've been hearing this promise going round the beltway in DC again lately. Why should we believe it this time? Not to mention that after compromising with the Democrats on that matter they turned around and made "Read my lips" a central component of every campaign to try and get their party members elected.

Record deficits were another compromise with the Democrats who controlled Congress. The Democrats got their spending increases for individual welfare programs, along with the tax hikes to pay for them, in return for returning the nation's defense to the capability that had been stripped from it during the Carter years.

Yeppers Demagogue Dog, you have certainly made the case for why the Republicans in the House need to stand firm in their efforts to limit the amount of national production the DC government is allowed to spend. You can't trust a Democrat to keep their word; and worse you can expect that they will attempt to paint you as unbelievable if you break with your campaign promises in order to reach a compromise with them.

Painting "as unbelievable if you break with your campaign promises" is exclusively a Rightie trait... They do it to the Left, and they do it to their own... [yawn] ... So, what else is new?

Obama sure stuck it to the Republicans this afternoon in his press conference....no matter what the Republicans say or do now, they are the party that can't take "yes" for an answer.....they are the Party that is more concerned about a few tea partiers in the House than the whole of the United States, they are the party that cannot make the hard decisions that they promised to make in their campaigns, they are the party that would throw the middle class under the bus before they will touch the corp;orate entitlements and upset their wealthy cohorts, they are the party that, rather than stay and work on solutions, walks out the door because they didn't get everything they wanted, they are the party that has forgotten what it means to be a conservative and hold conservative values in favor of extremism.
