SORRY TO ALL THE FOLKS ON 285BOUND

I owe you all a big sorry. Here lately I have let myself get out of hand dealing with veteran issues. For that I am sorry. Even to you VL. You all have a great day and weekend.

:nice :grouphug: You're a stand-up great guy navy - thank you! We've all been a little cantankerous lately, and it's a good reminder that we are all neighbors in this wonderful community and despite our differences, we're here for each other.

Love you all! :tulip: :peace2: :sunshine:

Does anyone have any fun plans for this weekend and upcoming week?

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill

It's good to care passionately, even if it allows others to yank our chains from time to time.

No worries Chief - emotions going AWOL from time to time is part and parcel of the human condition. The gesture is appreciated and only proves what most of us here have known about your character all along. It's as shiny, bright and spot free as the admiral's silverware is.

Chief, I didn't read anything that you posted that I wouldn't have said myself. At the same time I acknowledge that being a veteran and having served for many years doesn't give everyone else the same perspective that I have. I shouldn't expect anyone who doesn't have similar experiences to be able to relate to some of the things you and I agree on. Besides, being able to disagree with others and being able to debate issues and topics is what makes this site great!

Respectfully, apology rejected because it was not necessary.

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

No need for an apology navycpo7, your service to the country is appreciated, as well as your inputs to the community forum. I think you showed a lot of restraint given all the trash talking sent your way.

There are some posters who are just not worth debating anything with, they are simply trolling or trying to get a reaction. Just put em on ignore. It's a waste of keyboard wear and tear and internet bandwidth.
