Know what's really telling about this particular lie? Every single time the question is put to the voters, the majority of whom according to you support gay marriage, the issue gets voted down, even in regressive enclaves like California. Why would this be true if what you say is true Kate?Kate wrote: The point is, Viking, that he is against gay marriage, which the majority of Americans favor.

Perry's worst day of governing and having to balance a budget was better than Obama's........ wait, he never did any of that before people voted him in.
Texas faces one of the worst budget outlooks in the country, and amazingly, only about a third of it was caused by the economic downturn. The state has had a chronic shortage of revenue after years of slashing property and business taxes and creating numerous tax breaks and exemptions, just like the proposed one for yacht owners. Yet Republicans still insist on not raising taxes, and as a result have had to rely on draconian cuts to balance the budget.

Exactly! Polls show one thing but votes in even the liberest of states show the opposite that the majority don't want it. So if it comes down to a candidate who has a very successful economic record at creating jobs and attractign companies who is against gay marriage or one who is for gay marriage who has the worst economic policies and has lost jobs and has no economic experience, who would you vote for Kate? Or anyone else who wants to answer?

You would think that. Creating have the jobs in America since the recession started is terrible. I know that you have a miopic view of most things and can't see the big picture. It's OK, we don't need your vote anyway. Vote for the total failure who can't create jobs even when handed trillions.
