My rule for dealing with customer service is to keep calling till I get someone who understands and will deal with the problem. Especially with DISH.....it's pretty much a crap shoot with their customer service, but if you call enough times you can usually get what you want/need.
I've had just the opposite experience with women in customer service....I find them much more willing to do what is right than to do what the company manual says they should do. The female mind can be very creative, and in customer service that means finding solutions that there may not be a rule for.

They invest a higher % of their GDP in education there than we do.. I believe higher education is free there.
Way more people there go to college and most of it is IT from what I heard.
In India public schools they teach their students math and science....in the US public schools we teach our students how to play with their genitals, indoctrination into homosexuality, and how to worship illegal alien running the country.
