I guess even families aren’t immune from union thug tactics. I will admit, that in the past I have crossed a CWA picket line.
One of my favorite union stories happens to be involving the CWA and a Telco. My company provided and supported desktop computers as part of a large application that the Telco purchased from one of our sister companies. These PC desktops were located in a call center in an east coast city. Our technicians could not go on the floor of the call center. if there was a problem with a PC on the floor even something as simple as replacing a keyboard. A call had to be made to the Telco tech dispatch, who would eventually come pick up the bad unit and carry it 100 ft or so to where our guy would do the repair. Once the repair was done the Telco guy would carry the PC back to the cubicle. What an absolute waste of time and effort.

Ah..I don't think you understand what people are doing when they cross a picket line. They are putting their lives in jeapordy. It's not some vague ideology thing with the picketers like it is with you blowhards. It's life and death so I would'nt mess with them.

Good point. Since you say it is life and death, I think they should allow all those crossing the picket line to carry weapons and be allowed to use them if attacked. That should trim down the union thugs a bit. :thumbsup:
