Yes, and Colorado needs to use it's Death Penalty laws - I can think of five cases where the death penalty should have been pursued and yet they pleaded down for a lesser charge.....it's takes decades to inject someone in Colorado....when was the last one?

And if you think Death Penalty in Texas isn't a good thing....then read this case....

Elizabeth Pena, 16, and Jennifer Ertman, 14, were gang raped and strangled beside a railroad trestle in June 1993. http://www.murdervictims.com/voices/jeneliz.html Read the decade long struggle for justice by the parents of these two girls. They were viciously raped, strangled, and mutilated. The criminal admitted their crimes and then hid behind their heritage to avoid execution....which they lost because someone in Texas had to guts to stand up against libtards.

Read this story before you go posting crap about Texas and it's executions.... there are several cases in Colorado similar yet they are never pursued....

Murdered and raped like Kelsey Grammer's sister in Colorado Springs.....those beasts should have been put down decades ago....yet Colorado didn't have the death penalty ...so Kelsey has to come to Colorado every so many years to speak out against their parole..... this is just one of many.

The scumbag who murdered the college kid doing survey work at the Park County/Chaffee Co line a few summers ago...what ever happen to him? He should have fried by now.
