Yes, and Colorado needs to use it's Death Penalty laws - I can think of five cases where the death penalty should have been pursued and yet they pleaded down for a lesser charge.....it's takes decades to inject someone in Colorado....when was the last one?

Read the decade long struggle for justice by the parents of these two girls. They were viciously raped, strangled, and mutilated. The criminal admitted their crimes and then hid behind their heritage to avoid execution....which they lost because someone in Texas had to guts to stand up against libtards.
