The Tea Party Facebook page posted this question:

have a question for you rabid Ron Paul supporters. At age 76, Rep Paul is a bit on the old side. For example would you be comfortable flying on an airline knowing the pilot was 76? If elected president, he would be by far the oldest president ever and if you want him two terms would be 84 at the end. Who will you support for President as rabidly you do Ron Paul once he is retired or deceased? In other words, who is the next "Ron Paul" for you all to passionately support year after year?

(sounds like the Tea Party is trying to marginalize Ron Paul)

Wayne, why do always generalize about the TEA Party? Its a grass roots organization that has many different entities with many different people and views. I've always thought Ron Paul would be a positive non-two party mainstream choice. Do I agree with all his thoughts? No, but I agree with more than anyone else right now.

The silent majority will be silent no more.
