(And I don't recall bitching about the Tea Party myself - are you lumping me in with other people?!) 
No one's perfect, but I don't consider him a jerk just because he's passionate about his political views. How someone treats people personally is how I judge them to be jerks.
I avoid The View, and all other talk shows, like the plague - it's a waste of time. Roseanne is interesting, but I'd never consider her competent to hold political office.

Yeah, I didn't say I agree with everything he says, just that he's smart and realistic (and by that I mean grounded, and normal, or as normal as someone that famous can be).CinnamonGirl wrote: WTH?
