Journalism Pay Walls Including The Denver Post

So will you be willing to pay to access your web news?

Personally, I doubt I would. I would instead search for free alternatives.

Which is funny, because I get at least (2) paper political magazines delivered every week I am willing to pay for and a daily paper.

Maybe the next generation will pay for e-news.

I hate trying to get news off of newspaper sites. They are loaded with pop up ads and all kinds of annoying junk. They are some of the worst sites on the web. And since they've fired all their actual reporters, they don't even carry news, it's all crap gleaned from the wire services which can be obtained free any day of the week.

True. I don't care as much about local stories so international wire service feeds work for me most of the time.

I won't pay for the Denver Post, but I would be willing to pay for a high quality news source. I'd think the most likely product would be a subscription that would give you access to all the member papers. I will typically read stories from multiple sources every day.

I like Google news too, broad list of hot topics and sources. Its hard to get used to the idea of paying for something that is free, I doubt I would pay unless it all went that way and was very low cost.
