Why to vote for Democrats in November 2012 ....

....they ignore the Constitution:

1) Authority to regulate health insurance belongs to the states. And requiring citizens to spend money on a product is completely out of line.

That's why at least 35 staes have challenged the law in court on constitutional grounds and two FEDERAL judges have ruled the mandate unconstitutional.

2) Remember the governments bailout of Chrysler in 2009? The Obama administration forced bondholders to accept just 29 cents on the dollar. But the UAW received a 55 percent ownership of the new company. The law requires that bondholder should be first in line for payment, so this action was illegal as well as an unconstitutional confiscation of property. Many bondholders were older people counting on the bonds for retirement and not politically connected like the union boys.

3) Favoritism toward the unions continued when the NLRB tried to force Boeing to close a new factory in South Carolina, a right to work state, and move it to Washington state where it would be unionized. Under federalism as defined by the Constitution, people and businesses are FREE to move from state to state, choosing ones who policies they prefer. Members of the NLRB, most are Obama appointees, have chosen favoritism toward unions instead of upholding the Constitution.

...remember Rep. Jerry Nadler (D) called the reading of the Constitution: a "ritualistic reading. "total nonsense" and "propaganda." "They are reading it like a sacred text,"

...and even the kiss @$$ liberal media called it "a presumptuous and self-righteous act, suggesting that they alone understand the true meaning of a text that the founders widely left open to generations or reinterpretation."
