One of the first to go was the FCC's "Fairness Doctrine"... Whatever will Limbaugh rail against now? Oh, silly me... I forgot...Obama is still breathing.

Before I get too excited about this, I would like to see the details. If these are just obsolete regulations or ones that have already been struck down by the courts, then it really means nothing.

A step in the right direction as long as it helps businesses that have lots of employees. Any business that can be incentivised to hire should be right now. I think Obama is starting to figure out that the liberal fixes are not going to get him elected again because they are not working and his words won't work either unless they match the results. I give him props for waking up to reality and doing something that can actually work. (even if it isn't enough yet)

I'll believe a politician when the plan is put on paper. There are a ton of regulations which should be removed and/or left to the states.

Too bad future generations aren't here to see all the great things we are spending their $$ on!!

It's probably just a wash because this administration is adding hundreds of new regulations.

Call me a skeptic but it sounds like spin to me. By now Obama has had to have made the realization that he's going to be out of office in 2012, or maybe not... How's that "hope and change" thing working out for you?

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.
