PROVINCETOWN, Mass. (KGUN9-TV) - When should children begin learning about sex education in school? According to one Massachusetts town, that age is 6.

Under a new policy approved by the Provincetown school committee, elementary school students would be given condoms, whether their parents approve or not. That means even first graders can ask for the condoms. The policy requires that students speak to a school nurse or other trained counselor before receiving a condom and they don't have to tell their parents.
