Actually, it works out just fine. 40% have mental illness and the other 60% are just plain crazy for living there.

All kidding aside European Dr's do add some non mental illnesses to their results. But because they seem to be of a brain type cause they are put into the #s. (I stole this short answer from a Dr freind of mine, if I typed everything he said from the medical journal on this I would be here all night.)
He also stated that alot of countries with so called medical insurance for the citizens does not cover mental illness, interesting.
Some label ADS as a mental illness when in fact it is a poorly understood mental condition that may reflect nothing more than an alternative away of thinking. Of course to those who do not think that way a person with ADS is crazy and difficult to understand. This to question the numbers given in the article. Much remains to be learned about our minds and how they work. THe crazy of today may be the brilliance of tomorrow.
