If you think about it who would know better how to send hate mail, what qualifies as a hate crime, and what would be most effective? Since the unions are such good friends of the democrats I can't help but wonder how this crime will be punished. Paid leave (suspension)? A promotion? Transfer in to some other part of the department? Dinner with the Governor?

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

Corruptissima re publica plurimae leges; When the Republic is at its most corrupt the laws are most numerous. - Publius Cornelius Tacitus
