From the video I've seen today, everyone in the crowd was smiling.

As someone posted on TheGatewayPundit.com:

"I was there. He was certainly not “Yucking it up”. The crowd called him over to thank him for attending. He smiled. The crowd smiled too. Stop hating the man for one day."

No, it's not tampered. It's just a split second as he moves along the crowd. You can see the smile on lady's face in the photo.

My thought when I first saw it was, "That's one hairy arm."

My first thought was that it was chopped - his head didn't seem to match his body.

Then I looked closer and realized it's just an awkward pose.
