rofllol sorry... the (newest Flume) article cracked me up!!!!! We're saving $90k per year in the Jail from food... Is this suppose to be good or bad???? WE HAVE NO INMATES TO FEED!!!!!!! No inmates means we can't pay the mortgage on Freds empty house.. I don't know if the article was meant to make us feel better about their frivilous spending or what??? rofllol do they really think we're that stupid?
