Another trumped up outrage that even Mitt Romney got caught up in...

Mitt Romney the National Labor Relations Board told Boeing that it "can't build a factory in a non-union state."

When Republican candidates want to fire up a crowd in New Hampshire, a reference to Right to Work generally delivers satisfying results. A Right to Work law makes it harder for unions to collect money from non-union workers. Unions hate these laws about as much as most Republican voters love them.

At the Oct. 11, 2011, GOP presidential debate in Hanover, N.H., former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney played to those values. Asked about his economic plan, Romney said one principle would be respect for the rule of law, and then he took a jab at the President Barack Obama and his administration.

"We also have to have the rule of law. By that I mean, you can't have the federal government through its friends at the National Labor Relations Board saying, to a company like Boeing, that you can't build a factory in a non-union state. That's simply wrong and it violates the principle of the rule of law."

We decided to examine this question: Did the NLRB tell Boeing that it "can’t build a factory in a non-union state."

These daily "outrages" made out of fabricated lies by conservatives are just incredible.

The NLRB suit against Boeing is still ongoing. Sure they built the plant but they are not being allowed to staff it as they want.

Ha ha ha ha..With everything thats going on in the world your big problem is people, other human beings making an additional $2.37 more and hour in a union shop as opposed to a non union shop? Thats your big f-ing problem? Sounds like a CEO's problem, sounds like Corporate Americas issue, not some low rent cracker in the foothills outside of Denvers.. How did they get you to argue for them?

Listen retard..We got a demand problem in this country...Industry is sitting on money, they are not investing it because there is no more demand for their product. When there is more demand they expand to meet the need-They are contracting right now, not hireing. That means there's not enough consumers, not enough money in OUR hands. Understand?

You dumb POS- you got it ass backwards again

I'd bet good money that once Obama is out of office those companies that are sitting on all that cash will start expanding and hiring. There have been some 15,000 new regulations and rules imposed by the feds since Obama took office, How many czars do we need? Companies don’t want to risk capitol when they are unsure what future demands may be made on their capitol.
Hopefully spring of 2013 will be the start of a very good period.

We also need some tax reform so those companies who are holding profits offshore are not penalized for bringing that money back into country.
