I bought a very high end limited edition collectors car in Las Vegas recently and for reasons I don't need to get into right now I needed it plated here in Colorado. Without physically having the car in Colorado right now thats easier said than done. Ya gotta get a vin inspection, ya gotta get an afidavid of purchase..etc etc etc..And I needed all of my paperwork Notorized ASAP.. I was on my way to one of my banks in Conifer to get it done when I thought I'd just stop in to FIDELITY National Title Company (main street in Bailey) to see if they had a Notary in there. The experience couldn't have been more pleasant. This wonderful lady there quickly and efficiantly notorized all my paper work for me and even made me copies! I tried to pay her and she refused to take any money. Now if they treat a complete stranger off the street like that I wonder how they treat people they are making money off of...? And she also made me laugh, I was very impressed
Old Title company out
FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE COMPANY in
No it's a 2002, but a very limited turbo charged edition..Its a luxury car, but very quick..I need that to get in and out of the sportsbooks because when I bet..The line changes quickly and word gets around that town fast
Oh its a "pimp-mobile", that's not collectible. Pimping in Vegas with Colorado plates? That's funny VL, better watch out for those Vegas cops. Unless you are paying them off.
If you want to be, press one. If you want not to be, press 2
Republicans are red, democrats are blue, neither of them, gives a flip about you.
I'm not a greasy motorhead.."Collectable", "limited edition" whatever..There was only a few of these made, but it's not about me. It's about the FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE COMPANY.
You guys know me, like CG always says: "When VL talks, everybody shuts up and listens" so i'm not going to whore out all the credibility i've earned here promoting some company unless I get paid...Like anyone else in the community I have my preferences..King Soopers over Safeway, Cruz in Pizza over Papa Murphy's, but you aren't gonna hear me say anything about it unless I get a check from Kroger Corp. or Cruz Inn Inc......I'm doin this for free- thats how impressed I was with thier operation there.
Wow, a free unsolicited endorsement by the infamous VL. What more could a Title Company ask for?
Actually VL, a Title Company is a service business. By notarizing those few documents for you for free, they hope to spread the word. It is all basically immaterial because the brokers are the ones who usually dictate where the Title work is done, unless the Seller demands a special place, you might as well assume that most of the Title work in the Bailey area will go to them any way.
But thanks for the public service, though it really in your mind, was all about you, hence all the other details, like placing your bets, etc.
I've bought numerious properties over the years and have always been givin the choice between a few local Title companies, and when that occurs in the future it's going to be without hesitation the FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE COMPANY every single time.
They have also done good by me many times over. I will admit, one of the few larger businesses in CO where dealings seem simple and clean....they are based out of state though....where their profit goes too.
