You guys know me, like CG always says: "When VL talks, everybody shuts up and listens" so i'm not going to whore out all the credibility i've earned here promoting some company unless I get paid...Like anyone else in the community I have my preferences..King Soopers over Safeway, Cruz in Pizza over Papa Murphy's, but you aren't gonna hear me say anything about it unless I get a check from Kroger Corp. or Cruz Inn Inc......I'm doin this for free- thats how impressed I was with thier operation there.

Well I know for a fact that cruz inn doesn't pay you a damn dime, and I seriously doubt that Kroger Corp does either, .

It would have been free most places with a notary. They are nice in Fairplay too.

I wasn't born yesterday and the level of service I recieved at FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE COMPANY was uncommon.

OK I went back and reread what you posted, I was wrong, your statement did not state that you got paid by them. So I am wrong on this one.

AHEM, you MIGHT want to reconsider that statement........SECURITY TITLE has offices in Bailey/Conifer and
there services are EQUALLY as professional and I believe they are home-based(have to check)........your comment about hillybilly
housewife is just over the top......I have utilized SECURITY TILE many times,have requested them,if fact,and have even requested a
SPECIFIC CLOSER.......June Wegner.....she's a LOCAL housewife who KNOWS her job very well and is the wife of a prominent Parkco
official.......YOUR "big city" attitude might want to reconsider the statement you just made,because I will always give my business to
SECURITY TITLE and a LOCAL PERSON......June Wegner has gone above and beyond for her clients and as long as she is at SECURITY
TITLE they have my business..... :bs:

I'm sure the lovely ladies at National Title live around here as well. It's not like they jet in from New York or Chicago everyday
