Seems to me that Obama has been in the news a lot because of his implied Amnesty gestures of late. Those numbers and percentages may not include the fact that the numbers of ACTUAL ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS is growing by the day so 1.6 million could in reality now be a very small number.
