There's a dozen or so air show accidents every year. Air shows have risks.
(car races have risks, too --- as do hockey and baseball games).
My family and I used to watch the Red Bull Air Race every year in Abu Dhabi.
If there were an accident, I'd hope my life insurance would pitch in --- but then again --- possibly not.
(I was in a foreign country, participating in a risky activity).
I think the line one of the attorneys said pretty much sums up how lawyers think; "I don’t think anyone would attend an air race if they thought the airplanes would fall from the sky”.
No, people will still go to air races and people do know that there have been fatal accidents at such events.

People will try to sue for anything - disclaimers or no. Reasonable risk is in all things - including living. If you choose to take risks, and have disclaimers telling you about the risks, and that your buying of the ticket is the same as you signing a disclaimer, then too bad.
