Pretty enjoyable middle ages novels, but also a lot of political intrigue. The author does a good job immersing you into the world and I find myself wanting to use the courtly talk of the characters.
The Hunger Games series, supposedly for young teens, but I find it much more deep than the Twilight series, especially when looking at celebrity, morality, ethics questions, and political gamesmanship
And also a novella about a alternate history where Joan of Arc survives and forms her own religion.
Thomas Sowell: There are no solutions, just trade-offs.
Aspen Colorado - one of the most elite addresses in the world - has a problem.

A Dance with Dragons. I guess HBO sold a lot of those books. I've had to wait for each one to be written since the Game of Thrones. I'm kind of pissed that it looks like there's going to be a sixth and seventh book. Just finish the story! I may have to give up on this series and author.
