lol I fell into that trap with Robert Jordan, after 11 books in the series, I gave up on trying to finish the story, so did the author, he died.

LOL I did the same thing, but didn't make it to 11 books, I think it was only 7 or 8. Got roped in with the chapter books they were giving away of the Wheel of Time.

"A Brief History of Time" has finally gotten to the top of my reading list, I'm starting it tomorrow.
