OK, let me try.........He can hire a czar to hire an advisor to form a committee to create and organization to form a study group to tell him how to handle a crisis, faster than anyone I know! Only 70 days to accept help from other nations to stop the spill from destroying our coastline and fishing industry. Actually they are still 'working out the particulars of the help that's been accepted.' So Nevermind. Thought I had one there.
