With all the vitriol & thunder of 'Repeal-Obamacare', who would know that 5 of last 7 White Houses were under Republican administration? While health insurance costs skyrocketed 80-90% PLUS and coverage for millions has dropped over three decades, how can returning to the previous non-system be a 'solution'?

Nope. It was made clear to me several times that anyone can post something off topic in any discussion and if you question them on it, you get labeled the "forum police" or worse (PC moderator). Are you now acting as the forum police on this discussion?
