Colo. Haunted House Shut Down By FDIC

The Boulder County family that has run Crypt's Garden for the past four years had to take down the haunted house that took them two months to build in just a day and a half.

It wasn't local zoning officials who shut down the haunted house, but the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Yes, that FDIC.

The federal organization charged with protecting bank deposits became the owner of the land where McConnell's Greenhouse sits when it took over Louisville-based FirsTier Bank in January.

Very scary! More bank failures. Much scarier than sticking your hand in a bowl of cold spaghetti and them telling you they are intestines.
