That is disappointing news but if those individuals had it coming then I'll be the last man standing in the way of justice. The last court marshal I was involved in was an open and shut case, the defendant had no viable defense, the court gave no mercy and none was deserved. I suppose if there are no other positive attributes to this story at least there is proof that the Navy is keeping an eye on their own and holding individuals accountable for their actions.
