You have to wait 30 seconds for the message to disappear.... or you can give it the old "F-you" and find a different site like I'd normally do.

Wow. That's disgusting. Just yesterday I removed my Google Toolbar. It was putting a message in the browser that referred to some identified embedded spyware they're using on browsing habits. I regret that I don't remember the message - don't have the toolbar to show my search history anymore! <G>

I have the Google toolbar and I've never gotten that message. I also turned my search history off.
