All of the sudden Cain is changing his 999 plan

So let me get this straight. two independent studies come out. One showing 84% would pay more taxes, and another that said the lowest 60% of income earners would pay an average of $2000 more per year and the richest 1% would get a $210,000 break under his plan, and he screams up and down it isn't true and the lower and middle income will not have a tax increase. Now he comes out and says he has a way to now protect the poor that he didn't feel like disclosing to us and said.....His quote.... “I wanted to wait until I got attacked on that for a while,”

Is this a game to him? And no wonder he didn't want to give details. He is making them up as he goes along. And he still refuses to give details on what this NEW part of the plan is! How secretive and untransparent is this guy? Reminds me of Obama! He is dropping on my list to 4th.

Seriously? A strategic move? To let everyone think he was a moron and that his plan was a tax increase on the poor and middle class for 2-3 weeks while many people lost faith in him? I call BS!!!

He has no plan and is scrambling right now. He said the previous plan was deficit neutral. Now if he pays for the poor, it will be a huge increase in our deficit. He has no way out of this one!
