You said it, Viking!
"Explain exactly what it is that you like about Cain other than he is not a politician ."
And we (U.S.) need a business man, not another politician, to fix all the "Change & Hope that oblama and his lackies have given U.S. He will Have the best people he needs next to him, to advise him, BECAUSE that's what CEO's do they FIX problem, after getting all the facts, and advice available.
He's NOT be holden to any lobbyist, He's not in any bodies pocket, He's his OWN man, He's got a sense of humor, (even though people can't see it, because "politicans" don't have much if any,), He's not stamped out of that old over used stale mold of what people decided would be a "politican", He's going to bring U.S. back from the edge, and will be a 2 term President, (if the MSM, Fox & the establishment embedded parites) would just give him a chance to speak... IMO, people have had enough of the same old BS "politicans". And He wears GREAT hats!
If Gov. Perry is so fantastic why does he keep dropping last I looked he was 4th, behind Newt.
Had to check todays... I was wrong..

Cain: I don't need to know the foreign-policy details

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX -- Former businessman turned presidential frontrunner Herman Cain continued his attempts to calm voters concerns over his lack of foreign policy experience during a campaign stop here Wednesday night.

“Relative to foreign policy, I don’t need to know the details of every one of the issues we face.

"We’ve got plenty of experts who can fill in the details,” Cain said at dinner held by the Nueces County Republican Women.

The former Godfather’s Pizza CEO told the 900 supporters in attendance that the key to dealing with issues abroad is to develop a clear foreign-policy philosophy, a line he often has repeated on the trail.

"Don't know much about history
Don't know much foreign policy
Don't know much about a science book
Don't know what an IUD is for... (or much about evolution...)

But I do know about sound bites, talking points,
Government staying out of women's right-to-choose...

But I DO have "Plan 9-9-9 From Outer Space"...

You can't make this stuff up....

Wow! I can't believe he came right out and said that. The man who wants to be the leader of the strongest military in the world, and trying to negotiate and keep peace in numerous foreign nations said 'I don't need to know the foreign-policy details'? He is just givng Obama nuclear weapons to use against him! Does he even think before he speaks?

Cain's Tax Delinquency
Herman Cain, the businessman GOP presidential candidate who’s been surging in the polls with his 9-9-9 tax plan, lapsed in his own tax payments in 2006—then fought paying them.

According to court documents obtained by The Beast, Cain and his wife, Gloria, were served in February 2008 with a tax lien totaling $8,558.46 for unpaid income taxes and penalty due for the 2006 calendar year.

Gordon said Cain had filed with the IRS and won a six-month reprieve in paying his 2006 federal taxes as he was undergoing his treatment for stage four lymphoma and believed that filing should also have bought him time with the state of Georgia. “In Georgia, a taxpayer can submit a copy of his federal extension to request an extension of state income taxes,” Gordon said.

But instead, the state sent a notice of overdue taxes in October 2007, and then proceeded with the tax lien four months later, he said.

Cain’s accountant fought the Georgia Department of Revenue on behalf of his client well into 2008 and the two sides finally settled the matter in November 2008. A court formally withdrew the state tax lien on Dec. 8, 2008, court records show.

Yes, I can see why Herb is so anti-tax. It's so difficult to run for national office when you have tax-liens in your history.

One teenie tiny detail was left out. In 2006 Cain was fighting for his life with a 30% chance of survival due to stage 4 colon cancer. I have the same thing and also blew off filing in 2010 because I was needed for much of the filing and was too busy recovering from surgery and agressive chemo. Do you really think he intentionally tried to get away with skipping out on a MASSIVE 8k bill state tax bill? Do you really think in all his years of filing on time that this one time he was going to somehow outsmart the IRS? Get a frigging clue...that's some pretty deep digging compaired to scum like Barney Frank or little Timmy Gietner don't ya think?

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

I like Cain's ad, especially the last two scenes. When his campaign manager takes a drag fron the cigarette, he's basically saying "f#$k you" to the PC left and they knew it would stir up trouble. He's sending a message about freedom. Even though I've never smoked and can't stand the smell, I could care less if someone wants that choice. I'm pretty sure my colon cancer had much to do with my unhealthy diet for the last 20 years but would stil not want my food choices regulated "for my own good".

The smile by Cain just topped it off for me....a perfect jab in the eye to those elitests who want to reshape our society to their perfect but unachievable utopia.

You remind me of one of those people in an art museum looking at a canvas that someone threw paint at and telling everyone what a masterpiece it is and all the hidden messages it contains. When really all it is, is a canvas someone threw paint at.
