SC, the movement of illegals isn't just a horizontal shift if we continue the anchor babies policies we have in place. It is an increase in the US population by persons that burden our systems. The increase in US population by all immigrants is huge, look at the link earlier. We, as Americans, aren't increasing the population at an unsustainable rate as much of the world is. Do you want to protect the way of life we still enjoy, or become the third world poop palace I referred to in an earlier thread?

Japan permits very little legal or illegal migration, and now they have an aging population that will soon be unable to support their debt and their equivalent of Social Security. Immigrants tend to have higher fertility rates than native Americans and it could very well be that the TEA Party people getting ready to retire will be having their benefits paid for by the legal and illegal immigrants.

Though we, the US, have some very bad areas, this list shows the worlds most polluted cities and the US didn't make the list. We are more likely to correct our problems due to prosperity, than the third world POOP PALACES.
