Good article, thanks for posting.

Fanning the flames of class envy and finger pointing is not helping the country or the economy, he is correct.

Instead of class warfare, focus on class upward mobility.

How to move from lower to middle. Or middle to upper middle. How to remove barriers for entrepreneurs and small business, and simplify taxes and rates to encourage hard work, saving and increasing earned income.... instead of incentives for deductions, consumption, debt and means-tested entitlements that encourage lower earnings.

If you want to be, press one. If you want not to be, press 2

Republicans are red, democrats are blue, neither of them, gives a flip about you.

Class warfare brought communism to Russia, Cuba and so many others and in France, well they are still French. :gleeful:

Well Doc some of it was my own thoughts, but Ryan's article was good. I don't hear this enough from conservatives, other than maybe Herman Cain. The Dems, populists and media seem to be controlling the class warfare message.

Independent thought no matter where you go seems rare. Even on here, mostly there are talking points originated by others. Good to have your own thoughts on matters.

Yes... Paul Ryan always makes SO much sense.... (If you can come for air out of your Kool-Aid...)

It's too bad the class warfare has been waged on the middle and lower classes for the last 30 years...and now it's coming home to roost.

LJ, when we finally tax the wealth out of the wealthy, do we just keep lowering the wealth standard until no one lives well off?

What is the old saying about it takes money to make money. Class envy will always exist, at least until you can make everyone smart and visionary enough to make money the way the wealthy manage to do it. If only I had those brains and vision. Let's face it. Not all man is created equal and no amount of outrage will change that. It's not a matter of taxation as you seem to want to think LJ. But you can go right ahead and keep drinking your cool aid and then stick you head in the sands of reality.
