"To err is human". I'm not a Cain supporter by any means, don't really follow his message or anything and for that I'll most likely be called a 'racist' or something of that sort. But I will say that he's FAR from being the only politician to say something 'less than intelligent'.
Consider the following for example:
"Trees cause more pollution than automobiles."
"All the waste in a year from a nuclear power plant can be stored under a desk."
"Facts are stupid things." -at the 1988 Republican National Convention, attempting to quote John Adams, who said, "Facts are stubborn things"
"Approximately 80 percent of our air pollution stems from hydrocarbons released by vegetation, so let's not go overboard in setting and enforcing tough emission standards from man-made sources."
All of those are quotes from Ronald Reagan, who again I have nothing personal against, just proving a point which as I mentioned above probably isn't worth a damn amongst this crowd.
