What a candidate's spouse is or how they vote doesn't and shouldn't matter - we care about what the candidate's record is, and stated goals are. I'm totally curious as to why you'd post this Viking.
It's called news SC. I thought that is what this site is about? I guess I can just post on Facebook where they post all the news if that is what you like? If you want to question me and don't like the headline news on here, I can post it elsewhere. Just the same people who will never change their mind here anyway.
And how do we know Gloria Cain won't influence policy? Rosalyn Carter and Hillary Clinton--do those names ring a bell?
Dude, :chillpill: I just asked. Cain's got much more serious problems than his wife being a Democrat, and I was surprised that you'd go down that road of going after a bystander (his wife), rather than him this time. No offense meant, nor was I trying to police the quality of the content you post, I just made a comment (I am allowed to do that, right? ). Hope you have a peachy day!

Viking...if you posted at least half as many positive posts about Perry as you do negative posts about Cain you might be more believable. So far it appears you are saying support Perry because he isn't Cain.
The funniest thing about Viking's campaign against Cain is he is acting like it will influence the nomination. Even if he convinced every Coloradoan to vote for Perry in the primary, the nominee will have been chosen long before we get to vote.
Perry was a Dem.
90% of African-Americans voted for Obama, so the odds were that she would vote for Obama.
Women are more likely to be Democrats, even Laura Bush was a Democrat at one time.

And I can't help it that Cain keeps screwing up everyday and more and more of his past comes out. I guess we can all just ignore it like America did in 2008 and let Obama win again. Great plan!
Still have no answer to this... do you? "Where does Cain say, or where in that article does anyone say that she voted for Obama?" You're so obsessed with this black man that now you're making sh*t up.

Go find those stories! I can't! We have already posted and talked about HPV, the name on the rock, In-state tuition, his debates, his goffiness in NH, and a few others. Post them if you find them. He doesn't have near the baggage or screw ups.
And I also support Newt although I have issues with him and posted one today. And I posted one that could be negative about Perry today in the Primary.
IT IS CALLED VETTING!!! I am not a sheep!! I can't just follow smooth talkers without looking into their past like some want to.

I was asking for some positive posts on Perry, yes we have done some of the negatives already. Now you are sounding like Perry should be the nominee because he has the least negative baggage. I have no desire to go "find these stories" Perry is not my candidate. But if you can't post Perry's positives, why you think he would be the best leader for this country, why the hell would you support him?

Why would you bring up race? Are you a Democrat?
It said she voted in the Democrat primary where obama won with 66%. So I guess it is a 2/3 chance she voted for him or 1/3 she voted for Hillary.

I have answered that dozens of times. Top of the list he created more jobs than any other candidate and more then the rest of the country during a recession. Over a million new jobs in the last 10 years that he was governor. He put TORT reform in which attracted doctors to the state. Stopped funding planned parenthood and using our tax dollars for abortions in Texas. Has the best plan for closing the border. Thousands of more boots on the ground and drones and strategic fences in highly populized areas but don't waste hundreds of billions in the desert on a fence that they can climb in less than 20 seconds. Wants e-verify and is fighting to close sanctuary cities. Has gotten rid of so many regulations and taxes that he has attracted more businesses back to the US and to Texas than any other state. Has lowered taxes throughout Texas industires. Has the best tax plan that can actually pass because it leaves the old one in place for now till peopleget use to it. Has by far the best energy and jobs creating plan. He wants to repeal Obamacare immediately! He has no moral issues from his past. Other than Santorum he is the strongest Christian Conservative running. Everyone is saying that he will attract the most Latino votes which we have to get to win this election. He didn't say he wanted to electrocute them. He was the Commander in cheif over 20,000+ national guard and also knows quite a bit about foreign issues and policies and has been overseas speaking with them about business policies. He was the governor of, if it were a nation, the 13th largest economy in the world and he still created jobs when the rest of the world was going the other direction. There is more but I need to get back to work.
great....keep to that meme, the constant Herman Cain threads were getting obsessive, not to mention annoying. If you lay off the Cain threads I promise not to start lots of threads about poverty in Texas, or the woeful state of education in Texas, or the lack of health insurance in Texas, or the crumbling infrastructure in Texas, or how many of the jobs created by Perry were below minimum wage, or just at minimum wage, or even about the huge deficit in Texas, or how Perry was in bed with the Pharmaceutical company that provides the HPV vaccine.

I am just posting the constant new stories that come out about Cain every day. There is so much to learn about him and his past. ANyway I started a positive thread about the candidates that you support.
