Fred... I'm 99% sure that nest on top of Blago's head is not his real hair - it's a wig. Probably that much better for Blago, he can take his hair off and put it aside while he has "relations" with his new cell mates.
Truth be told, I be he does no more than 7 or 8 years in a minimum security prison if he can't buy an appeal. Let's not loose site of the fact that we are talking about Illnoise/Chicago politics and politicians that are well known for their ability to corrupt and manipulate the political and legal systems.
