This did need to happen- despite your liberal naysaying- you socialists just want to raise the cost of operating any business.
No where that I am reading implies that the EPA had passed, or was intending to pass, a farm dust regulation in the near future. Nor am I reading anything that says this House bill was intended to override any EPA passed regulation. The bill is clear in itself, and the members voting "yes" on it were clear on their intent... that was... to have a bill in place to stop the EPA from bringing up or passing a farm dust regulation in the future. It was simply preemptive. Anyone implying on this thread that it was anything other than preemptive is trying to feign outrage.
Everyone is well aware that there is no recent dust regulation.
great, the congress is spending their time on problems that don't exist.....but might someday exist.....while the problems we DO have are all but ignored. And then they wonder why they have such a low approval rating?
If I had the power I would pass a law that threw everybody out of office and only those who have never run for public office, including dog catcher, could run for office. I am mighty sick of the whole lot of them.
