Look at Vietnam, American troops withdrew, but Saigon didn't fall until later. Can the Iraqi goverment maintain stability without the help of US troops?

Obama has never claimed victory and I think ended this with a calm and supportive thank you to the troops "welcome home". I am glad they chose to do this in a non-obnoxious fashion. This thread was set up to draw a fight. it was a very passive aggressive move. Too bad.
