Why do I get the feeling that the "fee" being charged by the telecommunications companies, which goes to fund this federally created and monitored independent, non-profit corporation, were "suggested" by the FCC to avoid the implementation of a "non-voluntary" policy from that august entity if the telecommunications companies didn't figure out how to do it themselves?

Outdoor338's article is full of lies and misrepresentations, and now you're playing the liberals game of deflection... moving far afield of the subject matter in hopes that we will forget the lies in the OP. So, what you're saying is that this has nothing to do with Obama... Has been in operation for 10+ years...and is not paid for with taxpayer funds...
