Precisely why it makes a good Rorschach-type test. Minus a context, people project their own context onto it. What you see in a picture like that is a projection of what is in you.

I agree with you Arlen. No proof. Maybe it doesn't need any proof... maybe it is just a picture that for me is about inspiration, surrender, peace, hope.... and something different for someone else. It's all ok

That is obvious. Hope and effort do not manifest reality today, but may lead to the reality of tomorrow. Yes, the here and now keeps you from getting burned, but its vision is myopic. Just my opinion.

Agreed. I think it is a great opportunity to learn about oneself. Personally I think the picture is priceless and very motivating.
I don't see anything except two lines of people each in a different uniform, facing each other. Since I don't know the context of this photo...why are the supposed-soldiers bowing? Is there food in the bowls the orange-clad people are holding and is it being blessed?...I'm not too sure that the title of the thread is accurate.
I'd like to believe it is...but I do not know all the facts, so for now it is two lines of uniformed people facing each other.

On one side I sea peace on the other I see war bowing to peace, serenity conquering anger, despair giving way to hope. In the words of Simmon and Garfunkle, "Like emptiness and harmony" they need some one to comfort them.

Namaste.
