Maybe I'm looking at the situation from the wrong perspective; want to camp out in the city parks and protest nothing in particular for extended periods of time? Apply for a permit from the city, your application fee will go toward providing sanitation, fire pits, and adult supervision courtesy of the city's finest. At least that way the welfare dollars expended at these protests would go back in to the Gubment's coffers.
