An appeals court rules that Hiroyuki Joho, who was killed at a Chicago Metra station, can be held responsible after a portion of his body struck a woman on the platform.

One has to wonder if this 18 year old had some $. A normal 18 year old wouldn't have the resources to get a lawyer interested in the case.

This has the same interest as a freak show.
