Another fail for Denver was created by HEARTLESS

Just looking at an MSN Money article on cities most and least prepared for disasters, and Denver was tied for 12th least prepared. Woo hoo, way to under achieve. :woo hoo:

So we would need to spend much more money than other cities upgrading our disaster capabilities for the Olympics?
