Democratic Operative's Cat Slaughtered, 'Liberal' Painted On Corpse

WASHINGTON -- The race for the Arkansas' third congressional district took a gruesome turn on Sunday, when the campaign manager for Democratic challenger Ken Aden came home and found his cat slaughtered with the word "liberal" painted on the corpse.

According to a press release sent out by the Aden campaign, "The family pet, an adult, mixed-breed Siamese cat, had one side of its head bashed in to the point the cat's eyeball was barely hanging from its socket. The perpetrators scrawled 'liberal' across the cat's body and left it on the doorstep of [Jacob] Burris' house."

Burris, Aden's campaign manager, told The Huffington Post that it was his 5-year-old son who first saw the atrocity. He had taken his children out to fill the family car with gas before going to church, and the young boy was the first one out of the vehicle when they returned.

I agree with you SC, it is way beyond wrong that anyone would be so vicious to a domesticated animal who brings nothing but love into the home.

That being said, there is one possibility that our dear LJ left out, a possibility that the left is running another of its false flag operations. I have no more surety that it was some lunatic who was opposed to the candidacy of Burris than I do that it was some lunatic hoping to elevate his chances of being elected. The latter is certainly as well within the realm of possibilities as the former without needing to attribute the act to Burris himself.

Not what PS said. He said there is another possibility....that a person of the left wing did this, in order to help the election chances of the lib due to sympathy, and trying to make the conservatives look like crazy people. Kind of like you LJ....everyone who is a conservative is a crazy right winger.
