make my day better?

the Colorado legislature is working on a new law that would let businesses operate the same way as residents when using lethal force to defend their place. I would like to see this passed but I am very curious to see how it is written. Can a business owner lie in wait to ambush suspected thieves like that nightclub owner a few years ago? If a unruly patron refuses to leave the premises, can you shoot him?

You can find the text of the bill here: http://www.leg.state.co.us/CLICS/CLICS2012A/csl.nsf/fsbillcont3/EFA884A19FFF45B387257981007DAA0E?Open&file=1088_01.pdf

if that link doesn't work, go to the billwatch section of rmgo.org. They have a link to it as well

The logical approach would be that if the patron threatened with deadly force, then deadly force would be an appropriate response.
