OK, someone has to post this. LOL I never heard of the term Hoo Hoo, guess I'm an old fogey.
Do these kinds of cutsy advertising campaigns work? I saw some similar stuff with the DOT drunk driving and helmet law ads last summer.
DENVER -- A new ad campaign is getting attention across the metro area, especially with one saying on the side of an RTD bus: "I Have Riff Raff In My Hoo Hoo."
If you want to be, press one. If you want not to be, press 2
Republicans are red, democrats are blue, neither of them, gives a flip about you.
I'm all for the increased awareness and education, but this is too cutesy - can't we scare these people more? Show 'em pictures of what their hoo hoo will look like after riff raff gets in there? Do a tally of the cost and side effects of both disease course and treatment for each disease, and cost of pregnancy and birth, plus supplies for the first year alone? That did it for me thanks to my college biology courses, but not everyone takes college biology courses (although I still think that Microbiology should be mandatory for everyone - you'll never chew on that disgusting pen or look at your own skin ever the same again!).

My daughter babysat for some demon children at one point in her teenage years and decided that she would NEVER have kids. Not sure if that could be applied to the riff raff hoo hoo thing though...
I was in Boulder yesterday and saw that slogan on a bus, I thought WTF (well that's funny)
is that supposed to refer to. it wasn't until watching TV last night that I realized what it was about.
