One more thing....
If you find that you have to deal with your LUR's....
All waste material from livestock must be REMOVED from the property to avoid potential issues with contamination of wells or above ground water storage.
That is a possible avenue you could pursue.

Two words: 'Water Quality'. For a few years, before/during/after WWII, a Deer Creek rancher had three or four pigs. He found them to be a magnet for bear and cougar.

That has been the experience of my neighbors in South Park too. Bear more than cougar.

:popcorn: You could always just release the pigs one night on a commando raid. I would love a place to hunt boar along 285. Free range pork anyone?

Sorry you are having trouble. It is miserable when you have neighbor issues.
Your zoning is Residential so the notion of free range is out the window.
Just curious....How many pigs does your neighbor have.
I believe the rule is 3 of anything...but check that...That includes dogs , by the way.
