*full-time workers age 25 and over without a high school diploma had median weekly earnings of $444,
*compared with $641 for high school graduates (no college)
*$1,158 for those holding at least a bachelor's degree.
*Among college graduates with advanced degrees (professional or master's degree and above), the highest earning 10 percent of male workers made $3,146 or more per week,
*Compared with $2,303 or more for their female counterparts, (73.2% of their male counterparts)

And no doubt if a bunch of those kids that want a college degree elect to blow it off, or settle for a GED, then those "compassionate conservatives" will blame them later for being a "drag on society" when they can't find decent paying jobs to buy houses and support their families.

OK - the education industry has scamed the people and created a culture that demande a BA at least (most are worthless in todays market). The Banksters got into it by financing student loans
so we have worthless degrees financed by debt. Amazing - but real. A good trade school cert is much more valuable than most degrees today.
