I am curious about the president...

Um that was not the question...

Would YOU write a paragraph of your reaction to the other guy (candidate) winning?

I would need to wait until there was a republican candidate. I believe I could write a paragraph regarding Romney and what my expaectaions might be if he won the election. I think I would need to gather the pieces of my brain off the floor first if Santorum won before I could even think of what to write.

I'm sorry, did I not make my point clear? The liberals GOP Twin, posts idiocy! Wanting to be presumed exceptional through association with LJ is simply a mistaken desire on your part. Y-O-U-R

Jonathan, are you a Clint Eastwood fan or did you just like the name of his character?

If you are willing and you are a hard leaner around here (someone who is strongly on one side of the fence), would you write a paragraph of your reaction to the other guy winning?

This would be GOPtwin's reaction to Obama winning or LadyJazzer reacting to Romney or anyone's reaction to Paul, etc.

Thanks if you are willing.
:can't hear

I will take a stab at your question.

LJ will parrot the lefts talking points. I suspect it will be that evil r's fixed the voting machines and that an honest count
would show Obama with a clear and overwhelming majority.

GOPT is less predictable. What he would say depends on who he most wants to piss on at that particular moment in time.

Well maybe you didn't notice, but I attempted to give an honest answer to the question put forth in this thread. I believe it was Jonathan Giving Head who pissed first.

I am so Bummed that Paul did not win, I really had a feeling that he could take us down a different path economically and preserve our personal freedoms, really return us to the "I can earn my own money" days. I look at this new Obama-Romney dual presidency as a joke on comprimise, I know they said they will find the similaries and rule this country fairly, and I know that we are saving money by getting rid of the legislatures, states and court systems, but I have my doubts, since they were pretty much the same candidate anyway. What if we don't agree with this monopoly style govt someday, we have dismantled the systems to reform it. But....I guess now that we have this situation, we won't have to deal as much with the fake issues that used to be bantered around in order to separate the parties (like abortion, contraception, pretending either party wants lower taxes)...now that we only have one party that has resolved all these issues for us. I also think that there will be less unrest and debate, in the short term, because now that we have done away with general elections, just leaving it to our new leaders which together represent all viewpoints except the freedom based one, we will get the hard and extensive work of government done right. I guess in reality, the new neighborhood detention centers make me feel safer too, and Paul would not have allowed them, so maybe we are better off, the news said that everyone is out to get me and these people need to be put in boxes so I can take my kid to soccer camp so he can grow up to go baszerk in a future war.

I know this is a second paragraph, but most of all I am glad that Santorum did not win, because I could not even imagine the world in the middle or after his war on porn. We obviously need to have wars against many people and many things to be happy, but not porn!

Romney has a "wild/crazy" look in his eyes and expression that really puts me off. I do not know that I can bring myself to vote for him.
Santorum should have kept his personal opinions confined to the conduct of his own way of life. I do not know that I can bring myself to vote for him.
Obama....well Obama is a total failure and his vision for America is utterly wrong. I cannot vote for Obama.

The most important election in one hundred years and the political field is a wasteland.

It's hardly the most important election in a hundred years.

You must not think skyrocketing debt is a big deal.

It was always the women, and above all the young ones, who were the most bigoted adherents of the Party, the swallowers of slogans, the amateur spies and nosers−out of unorthodoxy

You must think who is elected in November will have an affect on it.
