The Obama administration’s energy policy chief on Tuesday gave himself an A for controlling gas prices that have reached a record high at pumps across the country, drawing criticism and even chortles from Washington Republicans.

If it wasn't for Chu and the DOE, they would be twice the price right now. A gallon of diesel in Europe is appox. 8.13 a gallon today.

Of course, this if from the same liberal mindset that supports grade inflation, promoting kids to the next level even if they aren't qualified and hands out participation medals.
