Of course there is no way that Thomas would have leaked info to a tea party lobbyist, i.e., his wife.

you betcha!
Ginni Thomas’s 2009 creation of a tea party non-profit group for which she raised hundreds of thousands of dollars in undisclosed contributions, as well as her subsequent creation of a tea party consulting firm last year, has become the basis for allegations by some liberals that her husband’s impartiality has been compromised.

and of course inJustice Thomas somehow forgot to disclose her earnings on the required financial disclosures:

Virginia Thomas earned over $680,000 from conservative think tank the Heritage Foundation over five years, a group says. But Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas did not include it on financial disclosure forms.

It is not the disclosure, as that probably is not that improper, it is that Thomas is getting hundreds of thousands of dollars from those who oppose the law.

So therefore all Supremes who are married and their spouses engage in any kind of political activity should recuse themselves? Let's just insist that they not be married. And that they not have any friends with any political persuasions who might unduly influence them. In fact let's require they remain as monks in a monastery without any outside contact because obviously they can't make independent decisions.

IN NOVEMBER 2014, WE HAVE A GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY TO CLEAN OUT THE ENTIRE HOUSE AND ONE-THIRD OF THE SENATE! DONT BLOW IT!

Indian man spend all day hunting and fishing; all night having sex. Only whit man dumb enough to think he could improve system like that.” Indian Chief Two Eagles

And let's give them an exemption for their spouses to earn $680,000 without reporting it! Hey, that's a great idea!

I'm still waiting for your proof that he tipped the Obamacare decision to his wife. I didn't think so. You don't have squat.

Yes, it will be interesting.

If the Ginsburg 4 can make their collectivist minds up before arguments are heard why would you object to other justices doing the same?
